Bidnip fail
I set up a snipe 30 minutes before the auction ended and I lost. Nobody else bid on the item. It just said, "bid not placed". Really??? Gee, thanks for NOTHING, Bidnip. Bidnip had only one job to do and couldn't manage to do it. Utterly useless. What's the point of its existence? I'll be canceling my account right now. By the way, why do I have to enter AT LEAST 100 words to complete this post? OK fine. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Forget their tech support, they dont know their own product
When placing a bidnip on an item the system reported that it "will not ship to your location" even though I knew that there were no such restrictions as my location and the sellers location are quite close and there were no restrictions on the ebay page. I contacted bidnip tech support who stated that this is an erroneous message and experience from other buyers prove that there would be no problem. Consequently the bid was not placed and the only reason left outstanding is the "ship to location" problem as stated on their FAQ page. This service has been going down hill for quite some time and I'm pleased that I dont have much outstanding credit with them.

Bidnip Water Skiing Kneeboard Bidding Review
I used bidnip to bid for a water skiing kneeboard and for a potograph. Neither bids were placed. I have used this company for many years but it seems ebay as found a way to block the bids. I now find that the bids do not get placed despite all supplied info being correct and that the winning bid is lower than the fina sale price. Bidnip no longer works AVOID

Bidnip Bidding Review from Tuskegee, Alabama
I have used Bidnip in the past with good results. Unfortunately the service no longer works as advertised. Bidnip did not place my bid during my last attempt to use it. It seems like Bidnip has been getting progressively worse through time. In fact when I went to check the Bidnip dash board a record of the failed bid was no longer there. This use to be a functioning product but not any longer. Don't waste your time, money, or the aggravation with this Bidnip.

No Bid Placed
After 3 of my last 5 Bidnips resulted in "No Bid Placed" even though I had set for a bid higher than the final sale I contacted Bidnip and the answer was that Ebay was now requiring in addition to your Login and Password a response to a bot verification where you have to type in a series of letters and numbers which are visually scrambled to confuse Character recognition software but a human can read it. Bidnip's login can't respond to the verification which results in "NO BID PLACED". Looks like Bidnip's business model is Kaput

Verified Reviewer | Roanoke, VirginiaFIVE consecutive Bidnip snipes failed.
One snipe on 12/13/15 and four snipes on 12/15/15 failed to register. On my Bidnip page the snipes are made to look as if they had gone through, as if my bids had been placed. Except they didn't! And my bids were higher than the winning bid. Bidnip actually prevented me to enter and win five auctions in 2 days! For 12/13, they told me that it was due to: "Ebay has changed their security protocol after their security breach in May of 2014 and has started the use of random CAPTCHAs. A CAPTCHA (an acronym for "Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans A part") is a type of challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether or not the user is human. This is similar to the process that eBay uses when you send a question to a seller. You have to enter a displayed code to proceed. When this occurs in the bidding process the result is a no bid placed response. Members have asked how we can program around this issue and our understanding is that this does impact all bidding sites. We cannot code around this and the good news is that the use of this protocol does appear to be limited and used with low frequency. Our engineers are reaching out to eBay again to understand their plans." For the 12/14 failures (forget about the "used with low frequency," now!), they didn't have any real justification: "Similar to the use of CAPTCHAs when sending a seller a message, when scheduling a bid directly on ebay, users generally enter a max bid well before the auction end and then increase the bid if they want as the auction nears the end. When you use a sniping site, eBay servers think this is you logging in and at random it appears that these security protocols are being used. We do not know the algorithm that is in use by eBay." In any case, they bill me for their failure to fulfill the service I contracted them for. Such practices do have namesโฆ They cannot deliver. They confess their impotence, and they charge me for it! I will publish my experience in as many places I can.

Bidnip is not reliable. It simply doesn't work any more. After many difficulties getting to speak to a bidnip rep they shrugged it off Like it's just one of those things. This is all they do and get paid for. I would advise do not use.

Bidnip Bids Review from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory
In Dec 2015 I had 6 failed bids in a row. Each time the bid was not placed by Bidnip. Each time I contacted both eBay and Bidnip. Each time eBay told me the problem was with Bidnip. Each time Bidnip told me the problem was with eBay. I had Bidnip close and then reopen my account. No change. Two more failed bids. I changed all my passwords removing symbols. No change, another two failed bids. I have been using Bidnip for years and never lost a bid before. Looks like I will have to change to another sniping service because both eBay and Bidnip seem incapable of fixing it. Frustrating...

Bidnip failure
Sadly on one to many occasions, Bidnip has failed to place yet another bid on my behalf and blamed it either on 'login error' or 'no bid placed'. It's so frustrating, as on all occasions I'd placed the highest bids and in theory should have won... if Bidnip would have done the job I'd paid them to do! I no longer bother with Bidnip. I think at best, it's 'hit-and-miss', at worst it's very unreliable. It's cost me the loss of a number of auctions for rare items, as well as money paid to Bidnip for snipes which didn't materialize. I placed a lot of trust in this company to delivery, and it didn't. It's sad when I read that this situation is still happening to other people and that Bidnip haven't addressed its technical issues.

When I snip an item, it shows that took, but shows as login error after the auction ends. I had the winning bid for some of the auctions. I have requested tech help three times and had been over three weeks waiting for a response. Their customer service does not exist.

No reply from tech support in over a week - can't login
I changed email address only and despite receiving an email confirming successful change, subsequent logins failed. I used the "forgot password" feature and received a reset link to a "Not Found" page. The email containing the link, also shows the email address and password according to their info. Both are accurate and what I've been using that fails. I've used BidNip for years and not a problem until now, I have PAID snipes in the account and now want to snipe an auction that's over in 1hr, and can't login, still no reply - I'll have to use another new rule, NEVER EVER do business with a company that provides NO PHONE NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT ANSWERS THE *** PHONE I'm a doctor that doesn't have time or the tolerance to deal with jerkoffs and greedy slackers.

Bidnip never sniped the auction even though I had the winning bid :(
Bidnip never sniped the auction even though I had the winning bid on a portable Delongi air conditioning :(After several years I decided to bid an ebay auction instead of using buy it now. Bidnip never bid on the item for me even though I was told the snipe was successful when I entered it the day before. the winning bid was $210 and I had sniped 250. I will find a new tool, since this one is no longer dependable Bidnip never sniped the auction even though I had the winning bid on a portable Delongi air conditioning :(After several years I decided to bid an ebay auction instead of using buy it now. i have same problem, so looking for another sniping tool
Totally concur. Bidnip is now BS.
Bids not placed, and when you email them about it, no response. Perhaps the BBB should get involved.
Bidnip is now a rip-off company. they consistently charge for mis-labled snipes and even when you point them out to bidnip they do not credit you.
Missed snipes, mis-labled snipes. They are done.
AVOID at all costs!! save your money.
