I've written to them via their contact form 3 times in the last couple of weeks. I get back an auto response saying they respond in 24-48 hours. This last time, still no response but I got a notice from PayPal that my auto renewal has been canceled.

The last month - either NO bids placed, or comes back as bid too low when in actuality my bid was way higher than the winning bid.

Here's my email and their response on 8-23-18 - no word since

You didn't even bother to answer my question from August 8th.

Other bids say bid too low but I bid say $4, and the final bid is 0.11!!

I have verified my eBay info and it comes through as verified!
